03/11/2022ЦСКА спечели делото за емблемата срещу "Ред Енимълс"

Имаме удоволствието да Ви уведомим, че ЦСКА спечели съдебното дело, заведено от „Ред Енимълс“ през 2020 г. относно използването на армейската емблема. Съдът окончателно отхвърли всички претенции срещу клуба ни и осъди „Ред Енимълс“ да ни заплати направените от нас разноски.
След влизането на съдебното решение в сила ЦСКА прояви толерантност и даде достатъчно време на „Ред Енимълс“ да заплати задълженията си към нас, но въпреки това плащане така и не последва.
Това ни принуди да се обърнем към частен съдебен изпълнител, който да събере дължимите ни суми, като във връзка с това беше наложен и запор върху емблемата, притежавана в момента от „Ред Енимълс“.
Изразяваме нашето удовлетворение от факта, че макар и малка част от правдата възтържествува, както и надежда, че длъжникът ще погаси своите задължения към нас.

If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
